Return Policy


30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee insists on outstanding quality, value and service. Within 30 days, we guarantee that every item we sell will give you complete satisfaction or you may return it for a full refund. After 30 days, the item will be evaluated and accepted for exchange or repair due to manufacturer’s defects only. Original shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable, except in the case of manufacturer’s defects. 

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of the manufacturer’s defects. If an order is cancelled or refused, a 15% restocking fee, or $4.75 per item, whichever is greater will be assessed if the order has shipped. Shipping costs will not be refunded if the item has already been shipped. All items must have or be in their original packaging and must be unused to be returned.


Returning a Purchase

Contact us to obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number by contacting us via email. Please allow up to 14 business days from the day you return your package for your return to be credited or exchange made. Please send your package prepaid and insured to the address we send you at the time of your return request. 

Be sure the RMA # is on the outside of the package. It is also helpful to include your original Order #. Also include your Full name and shipping address in the return address. 

All packages that do not either display a RMA number or a return form and label will be refused and sent back to the sender at the senders expense. 

If original packaging is not included with return, or packaging is damaged, there will be a 15% restocking fee charged which will be deducted from the return amount.
